BIF - Cancellation of Units
13 June 2023
Pursuant to Rule 3.13.2 of the Main Board Listing Rule, Booster Investment Management Limited, in its capacity as manager of the Booster Innovation Fund (‘Fund’ or NZX:BIF), confirms it has cancelled 20,994 ordinary units in the Fund at $1.4058 per unit effective 13 June 2023.
This movement relates to an adjustment to the performance fee payable to the manager for the period from inception (24 August 2021) to 31 March 2023 following the finalisation of the audit of the financial statements of the Fund. An outcome of the audit process was a reduction in the valuation of one of the investments in the portfolio by $145,000 (representing approximately 1.0% of the net asset value of the Fund at 31 March 2023) which has already been reflected in the net asset value of the Fund. This valuation adjustment has a corresponding impact to the performance fee paid in units, which have been cancelled at the same unit price that they were issued at (being the unit price applicable for 31 March 2023).
