2023 Harvest Update and FY23 Earnings Guidance

Marlborough Wine Estates Group Limited (NZX.MWE) is pleased to advise the market with the following update:

- The company has completed the 2023 vintage with volumes up 1.7% on the 2022 vintage and in-line with pre-vintage expectations for the 2023 vintage. As a result Marlborough Wine Estates is projecting a net profit after tax between $0.2m to $0.3m (FY22: $0.32m).

- MWE CEO, Andrew Stafford, commented “Vintage 2023 has produced very high quality grapes which is a direct result of the hard work and attention to detail of our viticultural and winemaking teams”
