Investore Property Limited (Investore) has adopted a dividend reinvestment plan, which takes effect from today, 28 June 2023.

Information on the plan, including a copy of the offer document and information on how to apply, is being sent to shareholders today.

Investore invites all eligible shareholders to participate in the plan, should they choose to do so. Participation in the plan is entirely optional for eligible shareholders. Shareholders may elect to participate in the plan in respect of all or part of their shares. If shareholders wish to continue to receive dividends in cash, they do not need to do anything.

The plan is only available to eligible shareholders, being shareholders with a registered address in New Zealand or Australia (as at the record date for a particular dividend).

Stride Property Limited, Investore’s major shareholder, has advised that it intends to participate in the dividend reinvestment plan so as to maintain its pro rata shareholding.
