Please see attached a capital change notice in relation to the acquisition of ordinary shares in New Zealand Rural Land Company Limited (NZX.NZL) under the on-market share buyback programme announced to the market on 26 May 2023.
NZL has acquired a total of 4,536 shares and may acquire up to a further 5,345,464 shares under this on-market share buyback programme.
