Please find attached an amended D&O Relevant Interest Disclosure for Geo Limited Director Shailesh Manga.
The disclosure made on 5 April 2023 incorrectly stated that Mr. Manga has a Relevant Interest in 526,975 ordinary shares in Geo Limited issued on that date pursuant to GEO's pro rata rights issue. The correct number is 300,572 ordinary shares, and therefore Mr. Manga has a Relevant Interest in 1,502,859 ordinary shares.
