Results of Annual Shareholders’ Meeting held 4 August 2023
At Kingfish Limited’s shareholder meeting, held in Auckland today (4 August 2023), and online, shareholders were asked to vote on three resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
•To re-elect Andy Coupe as a director of the company.
•To authorise an increase in the Directors’ fee pool from $157,500 (plus GST if any) to $185,500 (plus GST if any).
•To authorise the board of directors to fix the remuneration of the auditor for the ensuing year.

Resolutions:

For: 25,109,548 97.62%
Against: 610,887 2.38%
Abstain: 130,860
To authorise an increase in the Directors’ fee pool from $157,500 (plus GST if any) to $185,500 (plus GST if any).
For: 19,821,652 78.11%
Against:5,555,924 21.89%
Abstain: 473,719
To authorise the board of directors to fix the remuneration of the auditor for the ensuing year.
For:25,383,187 99.58%
