General Capital Limited’s (NZX: GEN) 2023 annual meeting of shareholders will be held in person only at 3:00 p.m. on 24 August 2023 at the Rangitoto Room, Movenpick Hotel, 8 Customs Street East, Auckland CBD.

Attached are:

- the Notice of Meeting;

- Chairman’s Letter; and

- the Proxy Form.

The Notice of Meeting, Chairman’s Letter and Proxy Form will be emailed to shareholders who have provided the company’s share registrar with an email address and mailed in hard copy where the share registrar does not have an email address.
