Results Announcement
The Results Announcement in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2023 will be made on 25 August 2023.
Annual Shareholders’ Meeting
The 2023 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on 14 November 2023.
Director Nominations
The closing date for director nominations is Friday 6 October 2023. All nominations must be received by 5 pm NZT on that date.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting and should be directed to the Head of Finance - Nomination of Director, Marsden Maritime Holdings Limited, PO Box 196, Ruakaka 0151.
