ANNUAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

EBOS Group Limited advises that its Annual Meeting will be held at the Park Hyatt Hotel, 99 Halsey Street, Auckland, New Zealand on Tuesday, 24 October 2023, commencing at 2:00pm.

The period for nomination of persons as directors of EBOS opens today and closes at 5:00pm (NZ time) on Monday, 28 August 2023. Nominations may only be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.
