Annual Meeting and Closing Date for Directors Nominations

IkeGPS Group limited (NZX: IKE, ASX: IKE) (IKE) announces that its 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders is to be held on Friday, 29 September 2023 (NZT).

The details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed closer to the time.

Additionally, IKE advises that the closing date for the director nominations is Tuesday, 12 September 2023. All nominations must be received by 5:00 pm (NZT) on the closing date.
