2023 Annual Shareholder Meeting Director Nominations
Contact Energy Limited advises that its Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held in Wellington on the morning of Wednesday, 15 November 2023. Further details about the meeting will be included in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to shareholders in October 2023.
The closing date for director nominations is 20 September 2023. Nominations must be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and should be sent by email to [email protected]
