ANNOUNCEMENT: Green Cross Health ‐ Group Chief Financial Officer

Green Cross Health (GXH) advises that Benjamin Doshi, Group Chief Financial Officer, has tendered his resignation and will finish with GXH in December 2023.

Ben has been with the company since October 2019 and has made a significant impact in those four years.

Ben has led the finance function through significant process improvement, enhancing cost and operational effectiveness. Throughout his tenure, Ben has worked closely with the Group CEO against the challenging backdrop created by COVID-19 disruptions, a period in which the business delivered record profitability.

Under his strong leadership, Ben has overseen the company’s multi-year IT transformation project and increased the commercial capability of the business. During his time with GXH, the company has acquired 23 medical centres and 14 pharmacies. Ben was instrumental in the sale of the Community Health division in February of this year.

The company looks forward to seeing Ben’s continuing success over the coming years.

The company will commence a recruitment process and provide an update on a replacement in due course.
