Please see attached a capital change notice in relation to the buyback of 52,676 ordinary shares in New Zealand Rural Land Company Limited (NZX.NZL) under the on-market share buyback programme announced to the market on 26 May 2023.

NZL has acquired a total of 359,003 shares under the on-market share buyback programme and may acquire up to a further 4,990,997 shares under this programme.
