TOURISM HOLDINGS LIMITED (thl)
DRP STRIKE PRICE AND AUD FX RATE
thl advises that the strike price for the dividend reinvestment plan (DRP) operating in respect to the dividend payable on 29 September 2023 has been set at NZ$3.5873 per share. The strike price is inclusive of a 2% discount. The strike price will apply in calculating the number of shares to be issued to participants who have elected to receive additional shares rather than cash.
The strike price has been determined in accordance with the terms of the DRP, being the volume weighted average sale price in NZD for thl shares calculated on all trades of thl shares which take place through the NZX Main Board over the period of five trading days immediately following the record date of 15 September 2023, less a 2% discount.
The Australian dollar/New Zealand dollar exchange rate that will apply to the payment of any dividends in Australian dollars is a rate of AUD/NZD 1.086366.
