Message:

Further to the recent announcements by EROAD Limited (“ERD”), NZ RegCo advises that at the request of the issuer it has placed a trading halt on ERD ordinary shares. The trading halt was put in place pre-market open this morning.

ERD securities will remain in halt until the earlier of:

- An announcement by the issuer stating the outcome of the retail shortfall bookbuild; or
- Market open on the NZX on Wednesday, 27 September 2023
