Cooks Coffee Company (NZX:CCC; AQUIS:COOK) advises that at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held this afternoon, shareholders were asked to vote on three resolutions. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
All three of the resolutions put to shareholders were approved.
