Catherine Thompson, Manawa Energy’s General Manager Regulatory & Risk, has resigned with effect from 1 November 2023.
Ms Thompson joined Manawa Energy in March 2022 as the sale of the company’s mass market business was completing.
Manawa Energy Interim CEO Clayton Delmarter said she had played an important role in the company's transition to Aotearoa's largest independent power producer.
“Catherine has provided strong leadership across a broad range of functions in her time with Manawa Energy. We wish Catherine all the best for the future.”
The S&P/NZX 50 Index closed at the day’s low of 12,349.47, down 46.79 points or 0.38%.
Forsyth Barr says a premium valuation is now warranted.
The only worst performer is the Norwegian krone.
