For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Vital Limited advises that the closing date for nomination of directors, to be considered for appointment at the Company’s Annual Shareholder Meeting to be held on Tuesday, 21 November 2023, is 10.00am on 6th November 2023.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.
