Annual Shareholders Meeting Results

At Skellerup Holdings Limited’s Annual Shareholder Meeting, held in Auckland and online today, shareholders approved the three resolutions put to the Meeting.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

• Re-election of David Cushing as a Director of the Company
• Re-election of Paul Shearer as a Director of the Company
• Authorisation of Directors to fix remuneration of auditors for FY24
