TradeWindow Director resignation

TradeWindow (NZX:TWL), the global trade software business today announces the resignation of Independent Non-Executive Director Diana Puketapu, effective today.

Ms Puketapu, who has signalled her wish to focus her efforts on other governance projects, will not be replaced. This decision reflects TradeWindow’s determination to take the opportunity presented by the resignation to further reduce operating costs with a reduction in the size of the board.

Chair Alasdair MacLeod said: “On behalf of the TradeWindow Board and shareholders, I want to thank Diana for her support and counsel over her two years with the company. We wish her
well for the future.”

Ms Puketapu said: “It has been a pleasure to work with the TradeWindow Board and support the company, which offers significant opportunities to streamline and accelerate export trade. I will continue to follow TradeWindow closely.”
