Metroglass announces Director resignation

Metro Performance Glass Limited (“Metroglass”) announces that Mr Mark Eglinton has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Director of the Board, effective 10 November 2023.

After 3 years on the Metro Performance Glass Board, Mark is stepping down to balance his existing executive commitments.

Chair Peter Griffiths said: “On behalf of the Board of Directors and management I would like to sincerely thank Mark for his invaluable contribution and commitment since his appointment in April 2020.”
