Message:

NZ RegCo advises that, at the request of the ANZ Group Holdings Limited (“ANZ”), it has placed a trading halt on ANZ ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed at premarket open today, Monday 13 November 2023.

ANZ has applied for the trading halt while it releases its Full Year Results Announcement and related documents over its home exchange, prior to releasing the announcements over NZX.

Following release of the Full Year Results Announcement and related documents, trading of ANZ on NZX is expected to resume at 11am.
