Major Customer RFP Update

SDL advises that it is updating the notice it provided on 16 August 2023 to reflect that it has now received a Request for Proposal (RFP) tender from its largest customer. The timeline for response, follow-up and decision is expected to stretch into at least late January.

The RFP is part of the customer’s regular review of its major contracts. SDL notes that this customer is very material to the Company’s financial results.
