Arvida today announced that Jonathan Ash, General Manager Development, has decided to resign and will leave the business at the end of March in 2024.

Jonathan has made a significant contribution to the business since IPO and has overseen the development of over 1,200 new units and beds for the group and led the process to create a direct delivery construction business. A search is underway, and we will inform the market once an appointment is made. We thank Jonathan for his contribution and wish him well for the future.
