OCEANIA ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF CLAIRE FISHER AS GROUP GENERAL COUNSEL

Oceania wishes to advise the appointment of Claire Fisher as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary. Claire will commence her role in January 2024.

Claire is a driven, relationship focused leader with over 18 years' legal and corporate finance experience. Claire's career to date includes leading ANZ's loan syndications and agency team and prior to joining the bank, working in Chapman Tripp's finance team.

Claire is known for her technical legal skills and for being a dynamic leader who brings out the best in people with an empathetic and collaborative approach. Claire's team has consistently excelled across a variety of areas including deal origination, structuring and execution and her relentless pursuit of excellence aligns well with Oceania's vision to Believe in Better.

Claire has a BA/LLB from the University of Auckland.
