Subject: Me Today Limited (“MEE”) – Share Consolidation

Message:
On Friday, 29 December 2023 Me Today Limited (“MEE”) announced that it will undertake a share consolidation.

Shareholders will receive one MEE ordinary share for every 100 MEE ordinary shares held at 5pm on the Record Date of Tuesday, 9 January 2024.

In order for the share consolidation to be processed, MEE ordinary shares will be halted from pre-market open on Ex Date, Monday, 8 January 2024.

On Wednesday, 10 January 2024, trading will resume in MEE ordinary shares.
