Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

General Capital Limited (NZX:GEN) hereby advises that Victor Pliev, the Group’s Chief Financial Officer, has resigned effective 31 March 2024.

“Victor joined us in February 2022 and since then the Group’s total assets have grown from $95m to over $141m as at 30 September 2023.

Victor has been an important component of our development and we thank him for his contribution to the General Capital Group over the last two years. Victor has kindly extended his notice period until 31 March 2024 so that he can assist with the preparation of the full year accounts” said Mr. Brent King, the Managing Director of General Capital.

General Capital will commence a recruitment process next week to search for a replacement Chief Financial Officer and will update the market when an appointment is made.
