Please find attached a Capital Change Notice.

A total of 327,800 fully paid up ordinary shares were issued to employees and a director of PaySauce

These consisted of:
- 284,435 shares issued to employees as part of the F24 Employee Share Scheme, being the award for performance in F24 Q3.
- 43,365 shares were issued in lieu of Directors Fees for one director for the quarter to 31 Dec 2023.

Shares were issued at an average market price of $0.2306 per share;
