Scheme of arrangement – Receipt of 'no objection' statement from Takeovers Panel

MHM Automation Limited (NZX: MHM) (MHM) confirms that the Takeovers Panel has provided MHM with a ‘no objection’ statement in respect of the scheme of arrangement which under Bettcher Industries, Inc. (Bettcher), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Merlin NZD Bidco Limited, will acquire all of the shares in MHM (Scheme).
MHM now intends to apply to the High Court for final orders approving the Scheme. Subject to receipt of the final orders, the Scheme is expected to be implemented in early March 2024.
Shareholders do not need to take any action at this stage.
