Subject: The City of London Investment Trust PLC (“TCL”) – Suspension of Trading and Delisting

Message:

Further to the announcement made by The City of London Investment Trust PLC (“TCL”) on Monday 19 February 2024, NZX Product Operations (“NZXO”) advises that, subject to meeting certain standard delisting conditions, TCL will be delisting from the NZX Main Board (“NZSX”).

The final day of trading in TCL will be on Tuesday, 19 March 2024, with TCL ordinary shares being halted and suspended at close of business that day. Subject to meeting final standard delisting conditions, TCL ordinary shares will cease to be quoted and TCL will delist from NZX at close of business on Thursday, 21 March 2023.
