Subject MHM Automation Limited (“MHM”) – Intention to Delist


Message:

Further to the announcement made by MHM Automation Limited (“MHM”) on 26 January 2024 in relation to its Scheme of Arrangement with Bettcher NZ (“Scheme”). NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises of the intention for MHM ordinary shares to delist from the NZX Main Board.

Subject to MHM obtaining final court orders on Wednesday, 21 February 2024, the final day of trading in MHM ordinary shares will be Friday, 23 February 2024, with trading in MHM being halted and suspended at close of business. The record date for determining shareholder entitlements to participate in the Scheme is 7:00pm, Wednesday, 28 February 2024.

Subject to final NZX conditions being met, and the Scheme being implemented as proposed, MHM ordinary shares will be delisted and will cease to be quoted on the NZX Main Board from close of business on Wednesday, 6 March 2024.
