Sky’s new Chief Financial Officer, Ciara McGuigan

Sky announced in September 2023 that Ciara McGuigan had been appointed as Sky’s new Chief Financial Officer, commencing in March 2024.

We are delighted to confirm that Ciara will commence her role on 18 March 2024.

Ciara is an accomplished CFO and people leader with extensive and highly relevant experience in media, telecommunications and retail. She was previously CFO at TVNZ, a role she held for four years, and prior to that was CFO at Mediaworks. She has also held a number of finance leadership roles at Vodafone in New Zealand and globally.

James Marsh has been Interim CFO since October 2023, and he has made a very significant contribution both in this role and in previous advisory roles at Sky. We are grateful for his excellent stewardship of the CFO role over the last five months, enabling a seamless transition to Ciara on 18 March.
