Change of Chief Financial Officer
WasteCo Group Ltd advises that its Chief Financial Officer, Sam Vanderpyl, has resigned.
The Board confirms that Nigel Franklin, WasteCo's current Director – Finance, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and will take up this role with immediate effect.
Nigel has been with WasteCo for 17 months and has extensive accounting, finance and commercial experience. including a significant period as CFO for a large private entity.
