NZ RegCo advises that it has exercised its discretion under NZX Listing Rule 9.9.3(b) and suspended the trading of Cannasouth Limited (Administrators Appointed) (“CBD”) ordinary shares. The suspension was applied today, Thursday, 28 March 2024.

NZ RegCo has suspended the trading of CBD ordinary shares following the announcement by CBD at 5:03pm today, Thursday, 28 March 2024 that CBD has been placed into voluntary administration.
