Subject: Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (“CRP”) – Trading Halt of Securities
Message:
NZ RegCo has exercised its discretion under NZX Listing Rule 9.9.3, and applied a trading halt to the ordinary shares of Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (“CRP”). Trading in CRP ordinary shares was halted at 2:59pm today, Thursday, 11 April 2024.
NZ RegCo has applied the trading halt following engagement with CRP today in relation to CRP’s announcement titled “CRP Invited to Apply for Fast Tracking Process”, released to market at 11:11am yesterday, Wednesday, 10 April 2024. NZ RegCo has applied the trading halt pending CRP complying with a request from NZ RegCo to provide the market with information necessary to clarify and contextualise the nature of the application process, as relevant to CRP, referred to in that announcement.
The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of:
1. the announcement from CRP; and
2. market open on Monday, 15 April 2024.
