LEADERSHIP CHANGES

Enprise Group Limited (NZX:ENS) advises that it has restructured its leadership team with immediate effect.
The board confirms that Ronnie Baskind, currently CEO of wholly owned subsidiary Kilimanjaro Ltd, has been appointed as Group Managing Director for EGL.

Elliot Cooper, current CEO of Enprise Group has been appointed Group Director of Finance.
The changes come as a result of completing the integration between Kilimanjaro and Enprise Solutions operations.

Ronnie has extensive experience in the business, founding Kilimanjaro in 2006 and overseeing its integration with EGL in 2020 to become the largest MYOB partner in Australasia.
Elliot is co-founder of Enprise Group and has previously held senior roles within the business including CFO.
Both Ronnie and Elliot remain on the EGL Board of Directors following this change.

Datagate rates and bills unified communications, VoIP, tolls, cellular, data plans and other use-based and subscription services.

Vadacom specialises in phone system software development and unified communications solutions for Australian and New Zealand businesses.
