Results of Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited 2024 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting
During Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited’s 27th Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, held as a hybrid meeting today, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were as follows:
1. Maria Elena (Malena) Pato-Castel was re-elected as a director of the company.
2. The Board of Directors was authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the ensuring year.
Details of the total number of votes cast in person or by a proxy holder are:
Resolution 1: That Maria Elena (Malena) Pato-Castel be re-elected as a director of the company.
For: 107,612,246 (99.91%)
Against: 92,710 (0.09%)
Abstain: 14,984
Resolution 2: That the Board of Directors be authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the ensuing year.
