Notice is given that the one hundred and third Annual Meeting of Shareholders of T&G Global Limited will be held on Wednesday 26 June 2024 at 10:00am.

Meeting venue is:

T&G Global Hub, Level 1, Building 1, Central Park, 660 Great South Road in Ellerslie, Auckland.

The meeting will be held in person.
