Z Energy Limited (NZX: ZEL) (“Z”) today announced the appointment of a new director on the Z Board, Faith Taylor, effective 28 May 2024.
Andrew Brewer has resigned as a director effective 28 May 2024.
Debra Blackett has also resigned as General Counsel, Z Energy & Climate Change and as company secretary effective 28 May 2024.
