RYMAN DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

Ryman Healthcare Limited will hold its 2024 annual meeting of shareholders on Thursday, 1 August 2024. Further details of the location and time will be advised in the Notice of Meeting in due course.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Ryman advises that the opening date for nominations of directors is today, Wednesday, 29 May 2024, and the closing date is Friday, 14 June 2024.

All nominations must be received by Ryman, by 4.00pm NZT on the closing date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting and should be addressed to:
