Green Cross Health Limited (GXH) Annual Meeting & Director Nomination Dates

The Green Cross Health Limited Annual Meeting for 2024 will be held at 2.30pm on Thursday 1st of August 2024 at the Ellerslie Convention Centre Auckland.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2 the closing date for Director Nominations is Friday 14th of June 2024. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing date.

Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and should be sent to the following address:
