Sky pauses Share Buyback for full-year results black out period
Sky is pausing its on-market share buyback programme from the close of 31 May 2023 until the first trading day after Sky’s full year results announcement is made in August 2024, consistent with Sky’s Securities Trading Policy.
In combination with the earlier buyback initiated on 31 March 2023, Sky has so far deployed a total of NZ$21.420 million to acquire 7,898,181 shares, delivering a 5.4% reduction in the number of shares on issue.
