RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
thl advises that Debbie Birch has informed thl that she will not be offering herself for re-election at the 2024 Annual Meeting, at which she is due to retire by rotation in accordance with the NZX Listing Rules.
Debbie will be continuing as a director of thl until no later than the 2024 Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting is to be held in October 2024.
The thl Board would like to thank Debbie for her contribution to the Board over the past eight years.
