Please see attached a capital change notice in relation to the buyback of 7,158 ordinary shares in New Zealand Rural Land Company Limited (NZX.NZL) under the on-market share buyback programme announced to the market on 27 May 2024.

NZL has acquired a total of 9,982 shares under the on-market share buyback programme and may acquire up to a further 5,990,018 shares under this programme
