20 June 2024 - ArborGen Holdings Limited (NZX: ARB) (ArborGen or the Company) advises that the closing date for director nominations is Friday 5 July 2024. All nominations must be received by 5.00 pm on the closing date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and must be accompanied by the consent in writing of the nominated person.
