FIRST INTERIM DIVIDEND – CLARIFICATION OF RECORD DATE

On 20 June 2024, the Company announced that the Directors had declared a first interim dividend of 3.60p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 December 2024. For the majority of shareholders holding shares on the London Stock Exchange, the dividend will be paid on 1 August 2024 to shareholders on the register on 28 June 2024 (the Record Date) and the shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 27 June 2024. For shareholders with their shares held on the New Zealand branch register, the Record Date will be 27 June 2024 to accommodate the public holiday in New Zealand on 28 June 2024.
