Results of Allied Farmers Limited Special Meeting of Shareholders - Constitution Amendment
At Allied Farmers Limited’s Special Shareholder Meeting, held today, shareholders were asked to vote on 1 resolution, which was supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolution passed by shareholders was:
• That the Company’s constitution be amended, with effect on a date to be determined by the Board, in the manner summarised in the Notice of Meeting (the specific amendments being in the form to be tabled at the Meeting and signed by the Chair of the Meeting for the purposes of identification.

The Board has determined that the amendments to the Constitution take effect from today, 11 July 2024. An Outline and Explanation of Effects of the amendments to the Constitution will shortly be available on Allied Farmers’ website. www.alliedfarmers.co.nz.
