NZ RegCo has approved a trading halt application from Vital Limited (“VTL”). Trading in VTL equity securities was halted at 9.54am today.

Attached is an updated trading halt application. The trading halt will remain in place until open of trading tomorrow morning (Tuesday, 27 August 2024) or, if earlier, release over VTL’s ticker of a new takeover notice.
