Auckland, 26 August 2024: Fletcher Building Limited advises that its 2024 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 23 October 2024 commencing at 10.30am NZT.

The closing date for director nominations is Tuesday, 10 September 2024. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm NZT on that closing date.

Nominations must be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and should be directed to the Company Secretary, Fletcher Building Limited, Private Bag 92114, Auckland 1142, New Zealand.
