Subject: RTO Limited (“RTO”) – Share Consolidation

Message:

On Monday, 26 August 2024 RTO Limited (“RTO”) announced that it will undertake a share consolidation.

Shareholders will receive one RTO ordinary share for every 73.6259 RTO ordinary shares held at 5pm on the Record Date of Friday, 30 August 2024.

In order for the share consolidation to be processed, RTO ordinary shares will be halted from pre-market open on Ex Date, Thursday, 29 August 2024.

On Monday, 2 September 2024, trading will resume in RTO ordinary shares.
